What the model does
Seedance 2.0 reads a reference clip for motion and pacing and reads a reference image for how the new subject should look. CloneCut AI sends one of our reference videos together with your photo and writes the request for you.

Settings you can choose
Resolution: Fast 480p or HD 720p. Length and aspect ratio come from the reference video, which is vertical 9:16.

How long is a clip?
About 8 seconds per generation. Join clips in an editor for longer videos.
Can I use my own reference video?
Not at the moment. Reference videos are ours, which keeps results predictable.
Why is the result different from the reference?
The model writes a new video guided by the reference. It is not a frame-by-frame edit, so small details can change.
Is it okay to put a real person in a clone?
Only with their agreement. Use photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly said yes. Do not use the tool to imitate someone who has not agreed, to swap faces of public figures, or to make sexual or misleading content. We may refuse or remove results that break these rules.
Only upload people who agreed, and only remix videos you have the right to use.
